I Keep Getting These Things On My Leg???

I've gotten 4 of them on my legs 3 on the one leg, and 1 on the other. They look like boils, and they are hard and when u squeeze them puss comes out. How come I keep getting so many??? I went to Kenya in the summer, and that's when it all started...  Heres a picture of what it looks like (the lighting is kind of bad) http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=f2qwox&s=5#.UjUAq8_D8q4

I went to Kenya in the summer time and I never ended up switching the blades on my razor. As soon as I did this, the boils stopped coming. :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These can be folliculitis or boils. Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus. . Hair follicles that are blocked by greasy creams, petroleum jelly, or similar products are more vulnerable to infection. Bacterial skin infections can be spread by shared cosmetics or washcloths, close human contact, or by contact with pus from a boil or carbuncle. Treatment includes antibiotics and incision and drainage and do not touch or pick them up.

Recurrent boils are found in diabetes, HIV infection, or other immune system disorders. So get your blood sugar evaluated.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
