I have Small red dots on my face for years that wont go away.

couple years ago I noticed small red dot on my cheek right by my nostril. Over time another one grew right under it and another one grew under that one. I now have about three vertical dots on my left cheek that will not go away and I see a fourth dot forming. It is definitely not a zit, and it doesn't really look like broken capillaries neither. It kind of looks like  Keratosis Pilaris because I do have them on my arms. I wish I was able to upload a pic lol but any idea what this might be ? Thankyou

Has the dot grown in size?  Does it itch or hurt at all?  It can be pretty normal to have a few very small red spots appear- if it's not growing, changing, itching, or hurting- that's a good indication it's harmless.  For an accurate diagnosis of what it is and options for treatment if needed, you will need to have a doctor take a look in person.
