I have a painful bump on my ear

I have a painful spot/bump/thing on my right ear in the upper part of my cartilage. I'm not sure what it is but I've read similar posts and they mainly said its probably bad.

It's very painful and if I rub or touch it for too long then stuff (puss maybe?) Comes out but it doesn't change the size of it. I think I've had it for about 4 days or so now maybe more since its one of those things you won't notice till you touch it. Also, I stabbed it with a cotton bud to see if my ear was just blocked or something and I think my ear bled were the spot/bump was touched by it.

I'm really worried so I'd appreciate it if anyone could help.

Ps. If the info helps I'm female and 14

Possibly a furuncle. Antibiotic cremes help. Do consult doc.
