Fungus infection on scrotum and iner thigh area

I go to the gym and participate in track and field training about 5 times a week. I usually take a show twice a day, once in the morning, and once after training. A few days ago my scrotum began to itch but I dismissed it as something to not worry about, but a day later I began to notice bumps on my inner thigh and scrotum, another day passed and then the affected area began to look completely different from the rest of the skin my scrotum, like it looked kind of leathery. I have tried using things like Dettol and antibiotics, and I want to know if this will help in anyway. If anyone knows a solution to this problem please help.

Sounds like you have a rash from the sweating- but it might be from something else.  In order to tell for sure, you will need to have a doctor give you an in person exam.  You may want to go to the store and purchase some cream for jock itch to see if that helps- if it doesn't assist in clearing it up head into your doctor for more guidance.
