Circular rash with a dot on arms and feet

I currently got a fever and a sore throat and this rash seems to appear in my forearms , hands , fingers , feet and legs and appears to be in slightly in my face as well.Can anyone tell me what this type of rash is and how it is to be treated.need some help . Thank you

It could be hand, foot, and mouth disease which is common this time of the year- although mostly in children, you can get it as an adult.  It is highly contagious, so you will want to be aware of that- there isn't much that can be done to treat it other than to help with the sores if you have them in your mouth especially- so it may be worth a trip to the doctor to confirm that is what you are seeing and get some assistance with pain relief from the sores if needed.
