I think I may been overreacting, but please help.

So I have had this little set of bumps on the crease of my leg/buttocks, mainly on my right side, but there are two on my left. I have had them for a month now. They do not itch, burn, or burst. They have bled when I picked at a couple (I know is bad, but wanted to see if they oozed anything). And after picking, they seemed to come back. Along with that, my vagina just seems dry, (which may be due to my period). Due to the dry feeling it sometimes itches. It does not burn when I pee or anything, and there is no evident discharge. I have not had sex in a couple of months. My mom has checked out the rash/bumps, and says that it looks normal. I haven't had a fever or any swollen glands. And I whenever I looked up pictures of herpes & warts, they look nothing like either. Also, the bumps are a little pink. Please help me, I keep freaking myself out.

If your vagina is itchy, maybe you have a yeast infection.  Do you mean you are dry from tampon usage?  Try not to use any higher level of absorbency than you need, or switch to pads if you can.
