I used too many new things on my face

my enire face feels like sandpaper now and nothing i do will help it, anything i put on it now over the last couple of days burns like my face is on fire...HOW DO I FIX IT I hate it when my face feels like this....

I changed my day and night cream and i bought some stuff that goes on before the regular creams so I think I over did it. I am 29 years old and freaking out about looking older and I think I made it worse lol....

Is there any home remedy I can do that will take away the inflammation and cool the skin??

Since short term application would not have done damage do make sure you dont persist with this.
We see many patients with steriod induced atrophy(thinning), telangectasias(visible blood vessels),and hypertrichosis(hairs) that I come back once again!
Best wishes.

Do not overdo the cortisone magic. It is fraught with problems of skin atrophy. I have warned you(mean it for your good). Take care.
Best wishes.

It's finally starting to clear up. I had some cortosone cream I use for exzema and it seems to be working. The skin is actually COMING OFF, its almost like a sun burn. LESSON LEARNED lol. :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? At this point, try to avoid any new makeup or irritant. Symptoms usually resolve with removal of the irritants in your face. Avoid applying anything and just wash with water and/or mild soap. If it persists, have this checked by your doctor for direct clinical evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
