Irritation & rashes in & around anus and also at lower part of breast where it rest on to skin. Please help

Iam having Irritation & rashes in & around anus and also at lower part of breast where it rest on to skin from past 4 weeks. I did not have my periods since 5 months. There was light bleeding 3 weeks back & did stop. But the irritation is terrible. There are black/red marks left due to irritation near anus and breast. Iam worried. Please advice.

Right now Iam away from family, on a business trip since 4 weeks and staying in a hotel. My food habits did changed a bit. Is this is the reason? Any water infection? Food infection?

You poor thing!  Have you looked into impetigo?  Here's some info:
Impetigo starts as a red sore that quickly ruptures, oozes for a few days and then forms a yellowish-brown crust that looks like honey or brown sugar. The disease is highly contagious, and scratching or touching the sores is likely to spread the infection to other parts of the body as well as to other people.

Thank you very much for the reply......can you please provide contact number.......I need immediate help as situation is getting worst day by day...

Yeap!! it had occured since 4 weeks.

Affected area is very much itchy ...... and small bumps are appearing near breast n anus. Area doesnt appear to be dry....

Rashes are red and itchy - near breast.
Black n juicy near anus - some liquid ( like water ) with some irritating smell always present near anus.

I tried applying Hydrocortisone .1% ...it did not work.

I 'll try fluocinonide .05% cream for now. But I may have to stay here for 6 more weeks, I can not meet my doctor till end of May. Iam worried. Can you please suggest any remedies ..... I am afraid it is spreading and itching near gentils are severe.....

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Did your skin condition only occur recently?

If this is the case, this may be due to the change in weather, reaction to the food, or even some stressors that come with work and travelling.

A differential for this will be a dermatitis or a fungal infection. Is the affected area itchy?

How would you characterize the rash? Are there associated blisters, excoriations ? Or is the area dry with scaling ?

Application of a topical corticosteroid may help for the moment while seeing a physician for this may not be feasible. You may try using Fluocinonide 0.05% cream over the area affecting the breasts. You may use this as sparingly as possible and only when the area appears to be itchy. Have this assessed by your physician as soon as possible. Do not use the cream for the area affecting the anus, as the skin in that area is thinner and more fragile.

Keep the area dry and clean at all times. You may use cetaphil cleanser to wash the affected areas. Seek consult as soon as you are back home.
