Is This Some Kinda Cancer?

First off, I apologize for the "graphic" language in trying to be as descriptive as possible. Pictures are attached.

Late-twenties male, 6'2" 270 lb. Don't eat many fruits/vegetables, mostly carbs, meat, fats... don't work out/exercise... ok so I'm not really healthy. The bump started forming below my arm pit on my upper torso, maybe 6 inches below my "arm pit crease" on my side. I get a lot of ingrown hairs that turn to zits/pimples and I thought this was just another. But over a maybe 2 weeks it got bigger, 10 mm (0.4 inch) diameter and raised maybe 3 to 4 mm. Kind of felt like "fat" in a bump on my skin. Didn't really hurt but was discolored, looked a little purple maybe. I could kinda push it around, like a pillow? Heated up a needle and punctured it to try and "drain" it and at first some standard looking zit white stuff came out, runny. Kept applying pressure and more solid white stuff started coming out but it was more solid. Almost like a grease or cream? If I rubbed it between my fingers it kinda smeared, maybe toothpaste-ish consistency? Should have stopped, but kept apply pressure. Then it kinda "blew up" and a LOT of this white greasy substance came out and obviously some blood at this point. Lump was "gone" but obviously had some skin trauma. Used triple antibiotic on it and bandaged for a week and it seemed to heal up but what I figured was some scarring from what I had done.

Maybe 5 months go by and all was fine except a small bump that I thought was just some scarring or something until just this week, suddenly the bump is coming back. Same exact place. Same diameter, same raised height. Doesn't really hurt, but it's decent size and is making me nervous. Same process, heated up a small needle and punctured it. Same thing, at first it was more fluid white puss like I'd expect from a pimple/zit. But then came the white more toothpaste/grease textured stuff. Kinda coming out in a "string"-ish from the small needle puncture but I wouldn't go as far to say it was like a "rope". I also get some blood as well. The more I mess with it the larger it seems to get probably from swelling.

I've resisted so far pressing so hard that it "erupts" like last time but it's annoying. The skin around it seems warm and is red but I've been fidgeting with it. My thinks some of my moles don't look right on my back and front of chest and thinks I should have them checked and that's what made me think this is some kinda cancer? Or is it a lump of fat? I guess I don't know what tumor material looks like nor what fat looks like.

Attached are pictures I took. Keep in mind I've poked it I think twice now with a needle and pressed on it to "drain" it. I did cause bruising around the lump while squeezing it while trying not to erupt it and the bruising is going away. I used to be more overweight and had stretch marks which is what the picture probably shows, my skin isn't super smooth there and there's some "under arm fat". Pencil eraser for comparison as some of my research keeps using that as a reference. Any help before I find a primary care provider and then probably get directed to a dermatologist?

Thanks!
Concerned unhealthy late-twenties guy aspiring to be down to 220 again who's lady nags (understandably) about being healthier, getting a doctor, and having my few moles checked out.

Well, I've left it alone. The redness is gone and the size has reduced. Doesn't really bother me besides feeling it every once in a while. Currently looking for a doc, probably should get one with my increasing age. It was embarrassing to go to my old pediatrician a couple years back for a really sore throat!

What will a doc do? Cut it out and I'll have a little pit in my side? Drain it in a more surgical way instead of squeezing like an idiot?

Thanks!

"Sebaceous cyst", from pic and description. Do consult your doc.
