Small spots have appeared on my arms overnight. Is this anything to worry about?
I know I didn’t have them yesterday before I went to bed but this morning I woke up and they had all appeared up both my arms. They’re all the exact same size and shape and mostly dark brown but some are lighter. They’re not like the other freckles or mole I have which makes me think they’re not freckles?

I wouldn't freak out about them right away, it could be spots from being in the sun or something of that nature- just keep an eye on them and see what they do- if they start to itch, spread, hurt, or change in any way- have a doctor take a look.
