Itching and/or burning scalp and hair loss

I have a 25 years old son who constantly complains of itching/burning sclap and has started to loose his hair.
I have taken him to several doctors and none of them has treated him properly because the problem persists.
This is causing him a lot of stress. Can you help?
Thank you.

try Grahams Natural shampoo with Manuka Honey (good for scalp)

Good for dermatiitis and sensitive skin. its a homeopatic shampoo.

First time using complaints maybe bit worse but after getting better!

Cheers!

Thank you for your comments.
Please note that I've taken him to every Dermatolog I have been able to and he has been prescribed all sorts of champoos/creams but the problem persists. I read some comments that this can be caused by stress. Do you share this opinion?
Thank you for your help.

Hi,
There are a number of conditions which can cause hair loss from scalp infections to genetic predisposition.
Seborrhoea , a medical term applied to describe an accumulation on the skin of the normal sebaceous secretion mixed with dirt and forming scales or a distinct incrustation. On the head, where it is commonly seen, it may interfere with the nutrition of the hair and cause partial baldness.
treatment will be with medicated shampoos like Nizoral.
The scaly patches caused by psoriasis, called psoriatic plaques, are areas of inflammation and excessive skin production. Skin rapidly accumulates at these sites and takes a silvery-white appearance. Plaques frequently occur on the skin of the elbows and knees, but can affect any area including the scalp and genitals.
on the scalp it can lead to hair loss.
Medicated creams and ointments applied directly to psoriatic plaques can help reduce inflammation, remove built-up scale, reduce skin turn over, and clear affected skin of plaques. Ointment and creams containing coal tar, dithranol (anthralin), corticosteroids like desoximetasone (Topicort), vitamin D3 analogues (for example, calcipotriol), and retinoids are routinely used. Argan oil has also been used with some promising results.

If hair loss persists despite treatment it can be genetically determined. You could take him to a hair specialist and have the exact cause determined.
