Itchy bumps

I am a 27 year old woman with no history of allergies or skin problems. Almost two weeks ago I noticed my arms and one of my hands were feeling really itchy. When I at them, I noticed I had small bumps on my skin. They were spread out with one on one hand, two on my arm, etc. They were pretty small and I had no idea what caused them. I began having fainting spells at the sane time but those have stopped since I quit one of my medicines. The bumps have not gone away and instead are spreading and getting bigger. I went to a doctor about a week after they first appeared and he just said he didn't know what they were but they didn't look like scabies and he thought they would probably just go away. I also have one under my eye but it looks different then the others. It is more flesh colored instead of red and looks more like a small blister.  No one else in my house had then. I had been visiting a friend in the hospital quite frequently right before this started and I wonder if I could have picked something up there. Any ideas what I might be dealing with? Hydrocortisone cream and baking soda seem to have no effect on them.

Not enough info to make a diagnosis. But a picture should help a lot! Can you get on on here? You have to make a new post to get a pic on here or put it on the web and link to it instead in your post.
