Do I have a std/sti?

Im a black male, A month or two ago I noticed a small bump around my skin color on lower abdomen, upper pubic area. After a few days it began to turn white like a pimple but still was about my skin color. This pimple/bump became kinda painful and i had to adjust my pants at times to a void it. After some time my pants kinda popped it and it went away. Then a little further up my abdomen, in my oblique former a similar bump which too popped but wasn't as white and the bump is kinda still there but it matches my skin for the most part. I was doing a self examination and that same bump from earlier on lower abdomen/ upper pubic area. It matches my skin color but is a tad bit red as it moves up then theres the small white of thr pimple. It doesn't even hurt. I have not  sexual intercourse so I'm curious as to what it is.
