Pimple like bumps
My boyfriend and I have been having sex in his bed, and he recently noticed two pimple like spots on his stomach. We both thought it was possibly a bug bite, or a pimple. A few days later, I noticed a similer looking stop on my low hip, and then another one on my lower butt. I thought it may have been Scabies, but everything i have read has said that those itch, and these don't itch at all, they almost feel like pimples. Could they be pimples from having sex and sweating? Or could it be something more serious? What should we do?
Also, could this be bed bugs, or something that we're getting from his bed, or would those itch?

This does not sound very urgent.A differential for this is a folliculitis or a bacterial infection of the hair follicles.Folliculitis may be contagious and may spread through any cuts in the skin.
