Jock Rash

Hi there,
I have read different quotes of people who have rashes in the genital areas. I started this rash probably six months ago while I was on vacation in Florida. It wasn't much of a big deal. A little itchy here and there to one side of the sack. I didn't pay much attention to it and sometimes I wouldn't notice it for a few days. It began like so many others I seem to read about. In between my thigh and sack. Over the past few months it has gotten worse. It has spread north and fully around, under, and to the other side of my sack. It has gone up a little on the right side as well, right in the pubic hair area but has not hit my penis or infected any other region outside my groin area. It burns and itches like crazy. It seems the only time it feels good is when I am itching it. I know all this does it make it worse and opens the skin, again it is the only time it feels good. It looks almost like what a scab looks like when you pick it off since I scratch it so much. Otherwise it just looks like bumps on my skin. I have been married for 6 years so this is not an STD. I have read about so many others just wasting money at the doctors and though I have insurance. I still have co-pays that I can't constantly afford to pay as I have a family to support. I have pretty much grinned and took it. The worst times of the day are in the mornings when I first get up and then at night before bed or when I am sitting around watching TV in the evenings. I almost never notice it during the day. I am a mortgage broker and am always very busy working. Any tips or thoughts on what this could be so I can get rid of this would be greatly appreciated. I know it is not contagious or you would think my wife would have caught this long ago. HELP PLEASE!!

ask your doctor about solodyn for the red pimples. they are a type of acne that needs an anti biotic. exfoliate exfoliate exfoliate. also for the jock itch and pubic itch. if you all like the sand and warm areas. it might be scabies. nothing to be ashamed of. it is not becuase you are dirty pa and warm beaches is where these critters live. it is more common than you might think. once they are gone you will have itchy itch that you cannot scratch which is a allergic reaction. and the itch will continue for a few months.  it is an itch scratch itch cycle.

ask your doctor about using prednizone, triamcinolone acetonide, luxiq, or clobbetasol creams. to help the itch after the scabies have been gone. along with the oral steroids they should give you a hydrocortiszone shot in the bum to prevent itchy along with a external scbies killing creme.

hope this helps.

good luck
