I have red, raised dome shaped pimple marks in my nose. These are not itchy nor irritable. These are aftermath of a pimple that seem to stay in the nose. WHAT HOME OR MEDICINAL TREATMENTS I COULD APPLY? I HAVE NO MONEY FOR SURGERY. PLEASE HELP ME. Thank you.

Sir, I don't have a dermatologist. I don't know if I can afford to see a dermatologist. Dermatologist do require payments for just check ups right? What do you think I could do if this is a fibrous papule or actinic keratosis. Thanks.
