i have two small bumps on head of my penis....puss comes out if u squeeze i just noticed that alot of tiny bumps are comin up around it wat could it be

gtwon65 .. Did you recently shave down there. Sometimes you get hair on the side of your shaft. Is it on the head or on shaft. I am guessing the shaft. Kindd has it correct. I think is ingrown hair. Thats the only thing that causes puss. When you said everywhere, i am thinking you might have just shaved or waxed down there

From the symptoms that you have described,it sounds like folliculitis orblocked hair follicles.. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
