Little red bumps on penis head

Hello, I am a 17 year old boy that recently had sex for the first time with my GF. About a day or two after, I noticed a couple little red bumps on my penis head. I used a condom when i had sex with her, and they only time I put my penis in her without a condom, it was only the head of my penis.
These read bumps do not itch, hurt, or irritate me in anyway.
I am very concerned about them, and my GF told me she has no STD.
My questions are:
What are they?
How did I get them?
Will they go away, or how do i remove them?

Thanks

Hi, I'm 23 and have got little red spots on the top of my penis, they do nit hurt or itch, nothing, but they only ever appear after sex with my girlfriend. I don't use a condom as She is on the pill, but I am still worried. Could it just be the friction? This is making me feel very embarrassed around her. Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
