Male Candida Infection?

for the past 6 months i've been having a recurring rash in my genital area. The rash is pimple like sores that usually form in the area above the penis as well as the inner/upper thigh. However more recently i have been getting some of the pimple-like postules on my penis itself. The postules usually heal within 2-4 weeks, but are always replaced by new ones. I have been using antifungals, prescription and otc, for about 5 months and still i have this infection. (ive used clotramazole, miconazole, tolnafate and nystatin creams and powders). Ive been to the doctor i think 3 or 4 times throughout its course only for the to tell me that they don't know exactly what it is. Also 2 of the times the doctors have given me antibiotics (which i havent taken because i know if its candida it would worsen it). The original proposal of candida came about a month before i had the infection in my genital area. I had a scabies infection which i treated with elimite, and then about a week after it cleared up, I had a strange rash and itch in my armpit which i assumed was scabies so i went to the doctor again. The doctor thought it looked like a fungal infection and took a skin test. He never told me the outcome, but he prescribed a clotramazole/anti-inflammatory cream. That wiped the armpit rash away very quickly. Then a couple weeks later when i got the rash in my genital area i used the same cream and recieved some favorable but weak results. When i went to the doctor he said he thought it looked like folliculitis (which it does), and after telling him that i had been treated for a fungal infection just prior he proceeded to give me information about the antifungals and probiotics he would be prescribing me. However he prescribed me fluconicide and kephlex... an anti-inflammatory and ANTIbiotics... he even gave me an info sheet for probiotics... patient first doctors. While the rash might be bacterial folliculitis, the sketchiness of the doctor made me skeptical, so i stayed away from the kephlex. perhaps it could be candidal folliculitis? Also, my girlfriend has the same pimple like rash, yet she has a discharge (usually after sex or before her period). Ive also been having mild flare ups of what looks and tastes like oral thrush. ive been taking acidophilus, garlic, and a multivitamin, in conjunction with limiting some (but not all) breads and sugars. Lately ive been using a micanazole powder that has been working better that anything else (probably cuz it keeps everything dry). Im not sure what i have and i hope you can help. Also, there is no red flat rash or white curds, only the pimples.

scabies would itch u much more. sounds like candida, where you can have satelite lesions. do the skin test as many times as u can, the best if u havent used any medications, it'll show you the true results. what your girlfriend has sounds like candida( discharge). try to use trimovate cream simultaneously with 'lamisil once' gel, clotrimazole,  and zinc oxide powder. apply all of them all at once. this should help after a couple of days . let me know the result.

My impression is that this is indeed scabies, and both partners need treatment.Even dead scabies mite can cause terrible itch around genitalia and elsewhere ,due to delayed reaction.
