Male yeast infection

Okay,I'm back and I've been reading and researching on male yeast infections and I didn't think they we're possible.
But anyways the tip of my penis is red and I have a rash on it and I itch a lot in the buttocks area,also my scrotum is red and my upper thighs tend to be red a lot I also have slight discharges every now and then.I think I got it from masturbation bc I was going like 3 times a day now I've stopped and I was wondering is this a yeast infection or something else?

Jock itch would not cause discharge.  But male yeast infection is very rare and wouldn't go down your legs.
I would keep the area dry and use jock itch cream twice a day. This could be a fungal infection. Do not dry that area after you dry your feet.
The skin in that area is very sensitive and takes awhile to get back to normal.

Do you play sports or sweat a lot down there? If so, yes it can be a yeast infection but for guys, it's more reffered to as jock itch. You can get some ointment for it at wal-mart over the counter. Try it, if that doesn't help, go to the doc.
