red bumps on my ball sack

Hey, I need help please.
I have these red bumps on my ball sack. They are like small balls under the skin and sometimes they are itchy.
They are not on my balls directly neither their is somthing on my penis.
I had couple of those also under my armpits but i though they were allergy to the deoderant.
PS i shower twice a day and am very hygenic person.

I tried to apply some Travocort cream... they are gone now.. but if i touch where they were , i can feel that they are still there but very small, unseen by the eyes... any idea?

Hi there,
I can confirm only after a clinical examination. Based on the information shared by you it is possible that you could be having sebaceous cysts, folliculitis, or boils. Other possibilities are molluscum contagiosum, warts etc.Allergies and infections all can give rise to such bumps. Continue maintaining good hygiene. See a doctor. Once the cause is determined treatment can be started accordingly. I do hope it helps.
