Melanoma?

Hi my daughter is 8 years old , she was born with a perfectly round dark Brown mole on the side of  her foot , it has doubled in size and  changed to dark Brown with light Brown around the edges lately it seems that their might be  
little black dots in it , also she has gained 3 more tiny moles on the same foot,irregular shaped . I also seen 2 little pink dots as well . She has an appt. Tuesday but I'm really nervous for her will she receive a biopsy?

I checked her armpits and and neck nothin , I did notice a lump  above her groin same side of her mole I think it a lymph node can be felt .

its common to get more moles appearing while growing up or have some enlarged. But when it comes for irregular shaped moles please let the dermatologist to decide before you panic. He will decide weather its worth taking a biopsy.  Does she have any enlarged inguinal lymph nodes? i really doubt melanoma is the case. Dont let you daughter realise your fear.
