Mole Growth

Recently a mole has developed at the base of my penis - in the pubic area. It seemed to grow pretty fast too.  It looks like a standard mole, but I don't have any type or size of this mole anywhere else on my body.  I am also noticing another one on the shaft of my penis. I fear it may develop into a big one like the other one. I know I should get them looked at but my main question is, is it possible to get a mole removed from the shaft of one's penis? Is there any other words of wisdom you can give me?
I know this may be an awkward question, but I would love an answer to this very real concern.
Thank you in advance

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis, cysts, mole, molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug;your lesions seem like them),Fordyce spots or genital wart(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Also wear cotton underwears and try keeping the area dry.If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. If it is a mole then also it cannot be removed at home. Surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision, curettage or liquid nitrogen cruotherapy or laser treatment may have to be used.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.

I would seek a dermatologist.....I don't recommend trying to remove the mole yourself....don't want an infection or something.  See what a physician says about it.

If it's bumps or white dots, is it any of the following?
May be a
Sebaceous cyst?
Pearly Penile Papule?
any type of wart (example: moluscum), or any other skin infection?

Read up on it, but most of all, seek a dermatologist.

If it is a Sebaceous cyst, don't pop it. This is from wikipedia about Sebaceous cysts...
"Under no circumstances must one try to pop the cyst, as it can lead to infection of the surrounding tissue. The neck is a particularly dangerous region, due to the glands and blood vessels."

Also, this link is pretty informative if you want to find out more about the causes of Sebaceous cysts and whether you may have an infection or not.

One shouldn't pop a Pearly Penile Papule themselves I don't think....one should seek a physician about that.
