weird ring/indentation in my upper leg

So about a month or two ago I noticed this even indentation that wraps from the front of my leg around the outside around to the back of my leg, almost like a perfect ring about halfway up my upper leg. It just feels like there is a sunken ring in my leg for some reason, and its only on one. Not sure what it is or caused by, but have noticed that if i work my legs alot like on an elliptical or something, it will go away a little from where my muscles harden up, but only temporarily. Any ideas what this is or how to help?

I have the same thing. I have had it since I was young, but it never has bothered me. It's just a little tender if you touch it. A little squishy too. Thought it was a birthmark or something.

I had the same think, had mri and ultrasound and found nothing. dermatologist did a biopsy and said subcutaneous lipomas.
