Mystery disease. Syphilis and IgE levels

I have a mystery disease that I cannot diagnose. It passes to almost everybody I am around for a prolonged period of time. It manifests itself with sores that may or may not bleed when scratched. They are intensely itchy most of the time, have reached all parts of my body (my lips/mouth too), and usually contain puss. This disease has transformed from a vary brutal and obvious one where I was ashamed to go out, to one that is barely recognizable except when the bad periods come along. All in all, over the past 2 years it has taken a steady incline towards healing itself. An uncle of mine awhile back told me it reminded him of Syphilis. I believe I may be in the secondary stage of Syphilis and I do not want to experience the third. Can someone tell me if Syphilis would heighten your IgE levels? Mine are along the lines of 1200. Thank you.

I do not believe I have syphilis but I am not a doctor. I will get tested ASAP. I'd just like to gather as much information as possible to lead me in the right direction. I've taken thyroid tests, HIV tests, etc. to no avail. I am getting desperate. All that I know is this disease is passed easily with contact (+-30 days) and elevates your IgE levels. I have eliminated all possible sources of allergens. It provokes hair-loss where the sores develop. Today I looked in the mirror and a spot between my nose and lip was red. This red spot, maybe a pea in diameter, would normally have facial hair. It's pretty obvious when it removes part of an already grown mustache granted the effected areas are much smaller now almost 2 years in to the disease.
