i have a straight line of red dots on the inside of my forearm.

they come and go. they do not itch or burn. they go away within an hour or two. i have had them on and off for over one year
any help identifying possible conditions, would be greatly appreciated.

Have you ever seen a doctor about it? Take some pics of it - different angles, different days, just in case they aren't there when you go to the doctor.

I don't know what this could be, and Google isn't helping, but it's been over a year, so it's time to see a doctor. Let us know what happens.

Good luck!
