Painful swollen scrotum skin due to persistent scratching
I had some itching in my groin area a while ago and I scratched it vigorously. Now, the underside of my scrotum is swollen and thickened. It started as a painless small bump.After a week, the swelling has increased. I have tried hydrocortizone cream, diaper rash cream with zinc oxide, antibiotic and antifungal creams. Nothing worked and it's extremely painful and I'm unable to walk properly. Any suggestions?.
