My 16 year old daughter had a mole removed from her back, the pathology report came back as Nevoceullular Nevus, Compound. The biopsy shows a mole with features of compound nevus with moderate severe atypia, but no malignancy was present. There is a family history of skin cancer, my husbands brother, so I am concerned as to what the biopsy means? Of course the letter came on Friday and the dermatolgy office was closed. Many Thanks!
