MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For penile fungal infections, use some topical antifungals like Lamisil, Monistat or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and oral antifungals prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

You should get that checked, whatever is on my penis never flares or burns, unless of course your is much more severe.

sounds like we're in a similar boat.  i've had a rash and burning sensation on my penis for about 5 months now too.  vinegar helped ease the burning, and nizoral 2% cream seemed to be helping the rash, but while it's better, it's not getting well, and yesterday the burning/rash flared up again, the worst it's been in at least a month.  i'm going to make an appointment with my dermatologist tomorrow and ask for a biopsy to figure out once and for all if this is a yeast infection or some kind of dermatitis or... whatever else.
