Penis Head Peeling Skin, and Redness

A while ago, i started getting irritation on my penis the day after wearing a condom, a month later i got checked for STIs and was clear, although a bladder infection had occured, which has since be sorted. However, when i become erect, the penis head seems to become lumpy, and is also alittle discoloured, purple, reddy, greyish colour. I tried using canesten HC but never really used it properly, and have since used fucidin, which after two days of stopping my penis head has started peeling. when flaccid it doesnt appear to have the lumps but has reddish patches. There is no pain, but its not normal. Can anyone offer any light or advice on my problem please?

One possibility which needs to be ruled out by these symptoms is of lichen planus. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. It is an itchy papular eruption characterized by its violaceous color
Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.

no puss, lesions or blisters visible
