Penis irritation

I was suffering from penis irritation for while went to the doctor got prescribed two fungal cream and a powder for jock it. I think I made it worst by using it on my actual penis with a mild steroid cream and after I stopped using it and was on antibiotics the folliculitis went away but the medicine cause discoloration and irritation to my penis that comes and goes off the medicine but I still have pain I also suffer from eczema and I that the cream hurt me more then help me any ideas for pain reliefs

I don’t want to put anything on it it’s a very sensitive area and maybe I should have let it heal natural before applying any thing. I just need some insight on ways to relieve some of the pain. I hope I didn’t cause any serious damage
