Perineum Lump and Psoriasis

28 year old male, hx of psoriasis, nothing else. I have had psoriasis on my left buttocks near the perineum for a few weeks now, and scratched that area a lot. Now, I have about a 1.5" lump going along my perineum and slightly to the right. Red, painful, swollen. Will it go away on its own, or does it need to be manually drained?
