Persistant Candida, UTI's and fungal infections galore.

I have had candida for a little over a year now. It all started with strep throat that I required penicillin to combat. Penicillin helped but never fully eliminated the problem. I began to notice a lot of itching underneath my left arm. A few times I would put deodorant on and it would sting to high heaven. Then I noticed that classic yeast smell. I tried all types of treatments with no result, relief or answers. It slowly started to spread and now is underneath my breasts, around my naval, and under both arms. I went to every doctor I could afford trying to relieve the infection. Every visit ending the same with a prescription for Diflucan, topical nystatin and steroid cream or drying powders. NOTHING WORKS. The snowball doesn't stop there. About three to four months ago, let's say August, is when I started having vaginal yeast, BV, UTI's, infection after infection. I have tried every single medication under the sun with not a day of relief. Every doctor I go to looks me over, does some tests, and ALWAYS sends me home with Diflucan or another treatment. I'm currently on Diflucan 100mg every 3 days for 3 weeks for external vaginal yeast (which ITCHES LIKE HELL.) I have 3 doses left out of the 9 pills I was prescribed. NO RELIEF. I take the medication the day I'm due and that day I feel hopeful and a little better than the previous day. About day 2 after taking the meds I start to get that undeniable itch and then I'm right back to square one... Now I wake up and I think I've got ringworm on my breast. Now finally to my question... Is it possible to get another infection (fungal or otherwise) while on fluconazole? Also, why hasn't this medication worked for me?? I need help. I'm at wits end.
