painless penial lesion
Hi,
2 days ago I discovered a small solitary lesion on the underside of my shaft during shower, which kinda stung when in contact with water.
It doesnt hurt at all and looks like a tiny red bump (with shiny bottom), sized around 0.2cm. No lymph node noticable around the groin area.
The last time I had intercourse was 16 days ago, protected although the oral sex was not.
I also masturbate on a daily basis, 2-3 times a day. Could this lesion possibly comes from over masturbation or it could be a STI like syphilis? If suspected to be syphilis, should I wait until the 3 weeks or 4 weeks mark to take the TPHA test for better accuracy?

If it's just one small bump, it's probably just a sore- but for the most accurate diagnosis, you would want to see a doctor and consult them.
