Please HELP! Itching, tingling, burning

So multiple things here.. I’ll start from the beginning. I recall my symptoms all starting with a small red, dry, patch of skin on my buttock. A few weeks later the rash remained and I developed a crawling feeeling and tingling in my rectal area, thighs, and vulva (not in my vagina). Later I developed on my feet too. I originally thought maybe yeast.. but no amount of probiotics or antifungals cured it.. not to mention my cultures never grew yeast. It eventually would start to burn and get worse as the day would go on. Sensations would get so bad it would wake me from sleep. Small dime sized rash is still present a mo later. Only thing to help was Neurontin which is for neuropathy.. yet I feel I am just covering a problem. I am now experiencing occasional dizziness and strange string sense of smell with it. I was tested for HIV, herpes, syphillis which all came back negative. It is now returning and I feel like I am going to lose my mind or perhaps even die. I know it sounds crazy.. but I need to know what this is.

Other than the STD testing you had done- have you had a doctor take a look at the rash and give you an exam?  It's very hard to give a diagnosis on just a few short descriptions of your symptoms (even if there was a doctor here, it would be a guess)- so I'd really recommend seeking a medical doctor to take a look and get a better idea of your medical history.  If you have been to a doctor, and the rash is still there and bothering you- go back and ask them to take a second look.

Yes I have. One said maybe psoriasis but she was unsure. Another said it looked like folliculits .. which it doesn’t. But that is true I need to go back and plan to this week. My doctor is hours away so just curious if anyone has had similar symptoms and possible explanations in the meantime.
That is always a pain when your doctor isn't close!  Glad to hear that you are going back though- let us know how you are doing!
