I have this lump of skin on my nose that won't go away

Hi there, I'm 34 and have a issue with a lump of skin on my nose.I have fair skin and oriental. I had a massive spot that I picked a year ago on my nose and even though it healed into a scab,it turned into a lump of skin after healing.It seems to have many layers and every time I try to exfoliate that area it bleeds and heals into a bigger lump of skin. I really don't know what it is and how to get rid of it.I have added some pics to show what I mean. The skin issue is where the arrow is pointing to and my freckles.

Leave it alone.
The more you mess with it and try and scratch the top off to get rid of it will just make it bigger.

Now you have that ther is no way of getting rid of it apart from cosmetic surgery.

The same thing happened to me when I was a teenager, and I have had the discoloured bump now for 40 years.

At least yours looks like a freckle.

I don't know how to edit my post, I mean the skin issue is where the arrow is pointing and NOT my freckles.
