Questions about infections on the body

For quite a few years now, I have suffered with tailbone cysts, cysts between the legs (where my legs end and my buttocks begin), and also I have a long history of tonsil abcesses.  The cysts come and go, and when they get irritating enough, I usually can burst them (like a pimple), and they go away for a month or two.  I also have several fatty masses on my arms and chest.  I had one removed from my arm, and it looked like a tiny bunch of grapes.  I mostly eat healthy foods, although I'm not perfect.  This has been going on for several years (10+).
My question is this- is there something I can do to PREVENT these from happening?  I don't know of anyone else that has these as bad as I do- although I know many people who have had the tailbone cysts.  I shower at least once a day- so hygene shouldn't be an issue.  I don't eat any "bad" food, although I have a soft spot for fast food (maybe twice a week)
Help!!!

Hello,
The cysts around the tail bone can be due to pilonidal cyst. It can be due to hair growth around the tail bone, hormones, friction and infection. When it is infected,it causes pain.Antibiotics or surgical drainage may be required.

Presently, the various methods used are incision and drainage, excision and healing by secondary intention, excision and primary closure
and excision with reconstructive flap techniques.Pls discuss these options with your doctor.

Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have additional queries. Kind regards.
