Raphe and scrotum pains
Ive recently got pains and redness on my scrotum and the pain has extended to my raphe line. I haven't had sex, but I do masturbate often.
Okay update. I have white spots all over my scrotum now, so I think it's a fungal infection. Can I (should I) use a hypercortizone cream or can I use abreva?

Aside from pain, are there other symptoms present? If there was no trauma present, testicle pain can be caused by other conditions or pain from somewhere else in the groin. They may include: epididymitis (testicle inflammation), Inguinal hernia, possible sexually transmitted diseases, kidney stones or spermatocoele. it persists, have this evaluated further for proper management. A complete physical examination is important to determine the diagnosis. At this point, try to avoid doing anything on this area.
