Rash On Arms
Hello,
I have recently noticed a rash on my arms and only on my arms. I thought it might have been induced by changing my diet so left it a few weeks for my body to get used to healthy eating but after a month its still there, I have been to the doctor they gave me antihistamines for 2 weeks but it didn't help. I had a blood test and all results came back normal. The rash didn't itch before but now my skin feels really sensitive and hot almost like sunburn but I've not been out in any sunlight. Please can you help?
