Rash in between breast?

I am a 19 year old female, and about 4 years ago i started getting this rash looking thing in between my breast, and it also started to spread down my stomach. it did not itch or cause me any discomfort, it just does not look pleasant. it is not red or bumpy. its a darker tone than the rest of my skin and just feels dry. I have been diagnosed before but it came back. My old doctor said it was a bacterial fungus, and was also able to show me images of the same thing on other women. i cannot remember what this is called or the name of the medication. and my new doctor is unable to i identify it as well. So if you could please tell me what this is, it would be greatly appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to tinea versicolor. Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines. Selenium sulphide lotion can be applied for around 10-15 minutes, rinsed off and re-applied daily for about a week.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I'm not sure if that was it, but that has alot of the same symptoms. I'l bring up this to my doctor, and see if he thinks that this is it.

Was it Tinea Versicolor? That is actually a fungal infection and needs oral medication to be taken care of. The best way to rid of it is to take the meds and then sweat so the medicine gets through your pores. I hope this helps!
