Rash on Penis

I am a 25 year old male. I had unprotected sex Sunday morning (8am). That afternoon i noticed some itchy and red area on the shaft of my penis. I woke up Monday and my penis was swollen, and mis-shapen with a red rash on both sides of the shaft as well as the foreskin. This feel similar to a massive poison ivy exposure I had about a year ago. There are no individual bumbs, no blisters, no fluids, no urine discomfort, just two dime sized swollen irritations on each side of the shaft and swelling on the underside of my penis. Nothing on the head. It feels very similar to the posion ivy rash in terms of severe itching.

What STD shows up in under 12 hours?
I have known her and she says she is clean. no reason to doubt it but my ordeal makes me wonder.
Does my previous severe reaction to poison ivy make me vulnerable to this type of thing?
My friend says it could be male yeast? I did some spit in a glass of water test and my spit looked like a spider-web in the glass but that doen't sound fool-proof.

I fear the worst and this is driving me crazy. The itch subsides but when touched seems to become reagrivated. Also it looks very scary & deformed so it is causing me some serious stress.

Any thoughts on what this could be?

Hi,
No, STD's do not show up so soon. You could be experiencing an allergy or a yeast infection.
This is an inflammation of the glans called balanitis. The causes could be thrush (candida) or a contact allergy to the  constituents of skincare products (used by your partner).
A mild Corticosteroid ointment will do for the allergy, to be applied on the area to reduce the inflammation. If it does not subside then you can try  an anti-fungal for the Candida infection.
