Rash on genitals and face

Over the past 2-3 days I've been experiencing rapid growth in some type of rash on my face, hands, and groin area. Three days ago the rash began on my hands as a few small bumps on the top of my right pinkie and ring fingers, as well as in the webbing between these two finger and the middle finger. The next day i began to notice redness and itching around my right eye and later my left. I now have a red ring around my right eye that almost looks like a black eye and several small bumps on my forehead, cheeks, and behind my left ear. I also began experiencing an itchy burning sensation near the head of my circumcised penis. Within 36 hours of the original itching on my penis, the skin just below the head became swollen to quite a larger size than normal, making my penis become slightly disfigured in appearance. Red bumps have formed along the underside of my penis and onto the front of my scrotum, as well as a few smaller bumps on the head. All the bumps are fairly small, red, with no type of scab or white head to them and are not secreting any sort of fluid. I have not been sexually active in several months and therefore don't believe this to be an STD.

what type of insect could cause that kind of rash?

I have something a little similar... swollen eye, rash on genitals and back of the ear.  I just came back from vacation so I thought it might be some sort of heat rash.... but on my genitals too?  Since I have been back from vacation I HAVE been bitten by some sort of insect... on my hand, and I've itched it.  Maybe it spread?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to an insect bite or boil or scabies (less likely). You can take some antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin after consulting your doctor and see whether it helps. It may cause drowsiness, hence it is advisable to take them under medical supervision.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

You need to have this checked for some sort of viral or bacterial infection.  I wonder if it could be hand-foot and mouth disease, a common virus.
