Hi,
This could be due to any of the following: heat rash, contact dermatitis, dry skin, infection or folliculitis. Try to use mild soap and refrain from using strong deodorants. If this is folliculitits or inflammation of the hair follicles, this will resolve on its own after a few days. Warm compress may also help. If it persists, it would be best to have this evaluated by your doctor.
Take care and regards.
Hello,
Without examination, confirming a diagnosis is tough but some of the possibilities for your symptoms are allergic dermatitis, contact dermatitis to clothes, deos etc , rashes due to heat or friction , folliculitis, fungal infections or allergies.
Wear loose, cotton clothes and pls don,t apply any cosmetics on the rash. You can also take some antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin and apply mild corticosteroid cream. If the rash persists then oral steroids are needed which are available on prescription.Pls onsult a dermatologist then to differentiate it from fungal infections and starting with the treatment.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
