Red, itchy, painful, bumps on right arm...

I have had an unusual skin condition, mainly on my right arm.  Basicly from my elbow area on down to my wrist.  Occasionally, there have been attempts to spread to the other arm and on both of my inside knee area.  Sometimes they look like white head zits.  Somtimes they look like bites.  Sometimes they itch and sometimes they friggin hurt.  They also get pretty swollen from time to time.  They mainly hover just above and below my right elbow. Actually, the bend in the front of my arm.  I have tried everything you can possibly find at the pharmacist.  It appears to be going away, only to re-appear.  It's been well over 8 weeks since this thing took over my right arm.  Please advise.

I've been having the same exact problem for over 5 years and it annoys the crap out of me.  During the summer time, when I get to fit in some sun bathing, they seem to subside.  Only to return a few months into the fall.  I have tried everything and have been to a dermatologist three times.  It really annoys me that there is no exact answer for what this is.  The doctors look at me like I'm nuts.... and keep saying it's dermatitis or hives.  I think that's BS.  It just proves that most of the field of medicine is nothing but a guessing game and doctors just like to prescribe things to treat symptoms instead of eliminating the condition!  Let me know if you have any update to this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These red itchy bumps can be due to hives, contact dermatitis ,sweat dermatitis or scabies.
Take some antihistaminics like benadryl or Claritin and apply some mild steroid cream on the rash.Application of calamine lotion also helps in soothing the skin.

If the symptoms persist then pls get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps.Kind regards.
