Red Bumps all over my body

I've had these redish bumps all over my body for about 3 months now, the dermatologist I go to says its just an "infection" has never given me an actual name or cause, the creams and pills he's given me are not working and his advice is "stick with it". I'm no professional but after 3 months of "sticking with it" and absolutely no progress being made, I'm going to take a wild guess and say the meds are not working. Please if anybody can give me some insight as to what this is, what I can do about it or even how I got it that'd be MUCH APPRECIATED. It everywhere but my genitals and face, so I guess it could be worse.

it could be malessia infection of the follicles, also known as folliculitis. It also looks like celiacs disease rash as well.

I would give a differential diagnosis of Monomorphic acne, and PLEVA as the alternative one. Biopsy should settle a diagnosis.

It is itchy at times, they are painful at times, they bleed when scratched even lightly sometimes. Thanks for the response I will definitely seek another opinion, I feel 3 months is way to long for a rash to have not even gotten slightly better.

did she give you steroid creams?
i think its a good idea to look for a 2nd opinion, see a dermatologist. lazy doctors.
is it inflamed?itcthy painful?
i dont think the doctors were taking you seriously, if its 3 months, its probably isnt a  infection could be an underlying immune issue.
the forum where there are doctors is more helpful, but they closed all comments for now. see a new doctor, i have a similar situation
