Red Dots/Spots on Glans of Penis?

I recently had oral sex from a sex worker who used a condom. A day or two later I noticed some red spots on the tip of my penis.

Any idea what these could be? They are not raised or puss filled or anything, just a redish purple colour and right at the tip near the opening.

Could this be from the condom?

The spots started fading right away and I think they'll be gone within a few days.

With trauma or force, red or purple discoloration may result. But if it persists, have this evaluated further for proper management . It is important to keep the area clean and dry.  And observe for additional symptoms that may also be present.

I have come to realize this could be a hickey, she sucked extremely hard, at one point was sensitive, and it does look like bruising spots and it explains why it would be at the tip. Plus a condom was used.
