Red Spots

I have a red area on the head of my penis but I have never had sex before soo I am pretty sure it's not an STD. On further examination, i saw small red dots on the red area and it hurts when touched. What could this be?? Do I need medical attention?

Probably just irritated skin my friend.  A penis health creme might be your solution.  These cremes are to be applied daily, and can help with all sorts of skin issues down there.  There are a few cremes on the market, but I suggest getting one with natural ingredients in order to avoid side effects.  Good luck!

It can be due to friction rub, chafing or fungal infection. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
