Red Upper Lip PLEASE HELP !!!!

Hello everybody 2 years ago I had this pimple in my upper lip I thought it was a cold sore It went away but the redness never went away and the pimple always came back in the exact same spot !! Then it spread it wasn't just in the same spot anymore it's like if there's a bunch of small pimple in my upper lip. before the pimple appears I have a tingling burning sensation I know the next day I'll have these puss filled pimple in the exact same spot on my upper lip and if I squeeze out the puss the next day there's another puss filled pimple in another part of my upper lip they come and they go but the redness never fades. When the pimples are fading away there very dry I went to 3 dermatologist here in Quebec,Canada I've tried all kinds of creams and antibiotics like (doxy something like that) nothing helps I don't know what to do anymore I eat clean I workout I don't know what I can do honestly I really need help somebody please please help me !!!
