I'm 18 and in a few days these weird red bumps (small ones) have appeared on the top of my forearms. There's about 15 or so on each arm. Some look like they have white discharge in them, but I haven't tried picking at them or anything. What's going on? Is it some form of acne, or did I get bit by a ton of bugs?

Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
