Red bumps on pubic area

For about the past 6-10 months iv'e noticed little red bumps on my shaft/pubic area. I'm concerned because I have had unprotected sex. They're absolutely painless and they don't itch. They're just red bumps no bigger then this "o". I don't have the money to go to a dermatologist quite yet, but I want to get some ideas of what it could possibly be. Me and my fiance have unprotected intercourse occasionally and i'm the only one that seems to have the bumps. Iv'e gotten about 4 in the past 6-10 months. I have been researching the web to get some ideas, and i'm hearing good things and bad things. Some people with the same description say they might be irritated hair follicles. I do sag my pants and rarely shave/trim my pubes. So my pants do rub up against my pubic area/shaft for the most part of the day. As embarrassing as it sounds, part of me does not want to go to my dermatologist cause she's really cute, and worst of all, a female. A friend referred me to this website and told me a Doctor can answer my question. My fiance tells me not to worry about, but i'm worried about it. I also have really bad acne on my face and back so I know it's not pimples. I tried popping the first one thinking it was a pimple but nothing came out except for blood. I was hoping it would go away, but no. It stayed. Please get back to me ASAP. Thank you.

Do you have any possible ideas of what this could possibly be? Part of me is concerned, and part of me isn't. The part that keeps me unconcerned is the fact that I do sag my pants and hardly trim my pubic area, so my pants rub in that area quite often. I was thinking it could possibly be irritated hair follicles, or something similar. But I have one on the left side of my shaft near my scrotum.

Only with my fiancé, never outside our relationship.

Hi and welcome. You mentioned unprotected sex, only with your girl or outside your relationship?
